  I'm not particularly positive. I've been seasick my whole life, and I dive all over the world. As always, I mention my seasickness when gathering information. We ask what options there are and how long the trip will take. They have a standard Monday to Sunday schedule of two dives per day, so that's the standard per day. We indicate that we are flexible in our days, but that it is important that we want to sail for a short time. Immediately, seasickness pills are offered... I know they don't normally work for me, but I hadn't tried these yet. They remained vague about the sailing. But anyway... We decide on a certain day to go diving. Rain is forecast for that day and I am worried about seasickness. We go anyway. (My mistake, I assumed that if the sea was rough, I would be told, as I had experienced elsewhere before). The briefing beforehand was good and professional. We were told not to touch anything... unfortunately, our dive guide did so underwater. The sea was terrible! Of the seven divers and one non-diver, five people got off the boat after dive one because of seasickness. Half of us had taken seasickness pills. I think it's normal that I also have to pay (part of) the second dive. However, it was strongly emphasized that I would receive a 15% discount because others would never do that... Shark Alley is not recommended; you can't see anything and the current is strong.

  bad equipment maintenance On both dives, the tanks made a strange noise at around 60 bars. The guide said it was because the air was finishing, but that should never happen at that pressure if the tanks are in good condition. Also, from the symptoms I had during the day and the smell of the air I noticed, I’m sure the air quality was not good. This is not about service quality, it’s about safety.

  AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I paid €150 for a diving activity. I completed only the pool session but had to cancel the boat dive due to illness, and I informed them in advance. Their own website says the pool session costs €35–65, or €20 for late cancellation. Instead of refunding me the fair amount (€85–130), they only gave me €50 and kept €100 with no valid explanation. The day before they kept giving me unclear answers, avoiding a proper response, and when I asked for an official complaint form they told me they don’t have one. I am sorry for the staff that work here because they all were very polite and gentle but the manager is not a person to trust, she even questioned that I was sick at all and recommended to fix through my insurance so that she can take all my money and not give me a refund at all. It was unfair, unprofessional, and goes against their own published policies. Totally ruined my trip. Be very cautious before booking here. I already sent a formal complaint to the authorities.

  We booked a diving trip in July and were very pleased with the professional attitude and helpfulness of the staff. Their equipment was in good shape, the briefing thorough and the guides knew their trade. Fruits on the boat and water was a nice treat! The dives were interesting and well guided, lots of resting turtles, octopodes and a variety of fish like groupers or puffer fish. We had to cancel an already booked training for our kids and there was no problem or discussion about it. All in all: would always come back and we can absolutely recommend them!

  We spent six nights in this charming place. The setting is exceptional, the gardens, the swimming pool, the breakfast area, everything is perfectly maintained and extremely pretty.😍 The staff are very attentive, always smiling, always asking if you need anything, a real pleasure. We stayed in the Safari tent, a little away from the rest of the hotel, an extremely charming, calm, relaxing place. You just have to be careful of the monkeys who like to come and cause a bit of chaos on the terrace while you are not there, so remember to close the tent before leaving or when you are inside.😜 The direct beach access is a real pleasure and there are deckchairs brought to you by the attentive staff. To top it all off, the hotel is a five to ten minute walk from a large shopping area, bar, supermarket and other facilities where you can eat and have a quiet drink in the evening. It was with a heavy heart that we left this place with one idea in mind: to return as soon as possible. Thanks again to the whole team for this wonderful stay. Éric & Corinne from Switerland
