  We went to this hotel with friends who had little children so I saw a very specific version of the hotel that maybe most guests may not get to see. The hotel was very well constructed, rooms were spacious and beautiful, facilities were really good but I just felt the staff and general hospitality was very rigid and every reasonable request made by our group was always met with an apprehensive response and refusal, it was like the opposite of other hotels where the staff are taught to not say no to guests but rather find a compromise if they can't complete the full request. This fact was especially compounded by the fact that our group had small children who had a few needs here and there but we were always met with a no from the staff and our group had to find a way to sort out our requests on our own. Considering how expensive the stay was they didn't even allow us to check out a little late and they also weren't too keen on letting us wait for our flight at the hotel. I personally would not go back to this hotel especially since other hotels that we have stayed at in the past around the same area had amazing hospitality and the staff also had this proactive approach to see where they would learn from the guest requests and act even before asked. If you would like a relaxed atmosphere especially if you have young children I would recommend you look for another hotel.

  The hotel is family friendly , good activities and the Jambo team is the best. Their energy is amazing, the all inclusive concept is great thing for families you don’t have to worry about what the kids ordering 😂💕
