Business listings on BestKenya are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing information including hours of operation, pricing, or availability. Business owners may claim and manage their listings by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

BestKenya is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any business listed on the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
