  Had a fantastic Christmas here with my family, all over the age of 20. Staff were amazing, all were happy and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Food was very good with a decent choice to suit most people., more than adequate drinks choice too. The hotel is situated right on the beach with plenty of sun beds, the security were pretty good at discouraging people from "reserving" beds without any bad feelings (mostly :). If I'm being "picky" I would say the rooms could do with an update but the air conditioning worked well and, quite honestly, we only used the rooms to sleep in so not too fussed about having the latest gadgets to play with. They say that you know how good somewhere is in how they act when something goes wrong. The staff here were exemplary, my sons appendix burst 3 days from the end of our stay. They went above and beyond in helping us, not just with getting our son the medical care he needed but also helping with extending his and his partners stay and helping with contact with his insurance company. We were so surprised at how all the staff seemed to know of our predicament and how keen they were to help. We will be going back

  Beautiful place....all inclusive. Great beach access, and best part - great service from start to finish in every aspect. Staff was polite, courteous and accommodating- from the from desk to maintenance to the bar and the restaurant- even the security staff was great....loved it. Keep up the good work

  This was the best hotel we ever visit. Beautifull beach, great resort with lot of activitys, big choice of delicius food and dear, warm and friendly people, all of them. So, thank you lovely Joyce, dear Mark, security guys, barmens and all other people who work there, you make our vacation more special❤️

  The hotel needs to be renovated, so many things are old fashioned and outdated. Also the bathrooms need serious work done on them. The environment is nice and relaxing, the staff provided reasonably good service. They also had evening entertainment that was nice

  Rooms extremely old requires some renovations, food choices are limited. Room equipping was very bad as no robes no room slippers. Room service was very late on cleaning. Surprising enough the hotel is all inclusive and one can not get alcohol by bottle you have to go outside the hotel to get this.
