  This is such a great place to stay , the staff are amazing and join you at some of the meals, which is great as they tell you stories about the the wildlife in the park , the service is second to none and the view from the dining area is stunning , I would highly recommend this lodge.

  The most memorable trip. The team at the camp really could not have done more to make us feel welcomed or at home. Excelled with their customer care and service. They really went above and beyond. Not to mention the most extraordinary game drives. Dan and Thompson (if you are lucky enough to get them as your guides) are so exceptionally in tune with the animals and the habitat. They could read the animals movements and temperament like they knew them. Made for an educational and fascinating experience. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Will come again!

  Fantastic experience at Porini Amboseli Camp! Everyone made us feel super welcome and took great care of us. Our guide Thomson was the best! So friendly, and super knowledgeable about nature and animals. The food at this camp was also amazing. The room was very comfortable. It's in the middle of nowhere, surrounded with wildlife. It's a bit far from the Amboseli reserve itself but on the way you already see plenty of animals in the conservancy. 100% recommended!

  The good: Game drives were fantastic, we saw tons of elephants, lions, and cheetahs. Our guide and driver were lovely and knew the answers to all the wildlife questions we had! Tents are very nice and well appointed, and everyone was mostly friendly and attentive. The monkeys and go-away birds that hang around the camp are very entertaining too! The bad: One guest in our party was served something that they are allergic to. We included this allergy info on the original booking form, and reminded the camp manager when we arrived. No apology was given and she was blamed for not “asking what all the food was.” Overall the camp is great, but if you have any food allergies you should not stay here. Some of the staff openly complained about having to accommodate dietary restrictions, and I got the impression they are not at all careful with major allergies.

  Comfort meets an amazing natural environment. The staff, the drivers, everyone at this camp is here to insure you are comfortable as you explore the beautiful scenery. Food was amazing, tents nicely appointed, and the game drives were what one dreams of when visiting Kenya.
