  Sarara Treehouse is an incredibly special place. The community here have created a one of a kind experience where you are genuinely welcomed into their world, given a fascinating window into a people both proud of their culture and fiercely protective of it whilst also confident enough in themselves to adapt to an ever changing world. The lodge is spectacular nestled in the treetops of an ancient forest. Giraffe and elephant literally pass under your feet following trails laid by generations before them. You lack for no comforts and the kitchen keep a steady stream of some of the best food you will ever have.

  Amazing stay at Sarara Treehouses! We spent three nights here at the start of our safari and had an incredible time. The property is stunning and Numunyak conservancy is beyond beautiful. Philip and his team take such good care of you - you'll never want to leave!

  When traveling to Kenya, we stayed at three different camps. Sarara Treehouse was our absolute favorite. It's a beautiful place. The people were amazing. One of the things we loved about it, was sitting and eating with the people who ran Sarara. It allowed us to get to know them on a whole different level. They are so knowledgeable about the area and fine tuned the trip specifically for us. The views were spectacular from the treehouses! Our only problem was we just stayed a few days. We really needed to stay a week. There is so much to do. We couldn't fit it all in! Ian was our guide and we couldn't thank him enough for making our visit spectacular. We are planning our next trip in two years. We can't wait to go back to Sarara! In Kenya, it's not goodbye. It's.. until we see you next time! Highly recommend!

  Sarara Treehouses was one of the best stays I've ever had in my life. I felt like I was being welcomed into a home away from home in an impossibly beautiful setting. The shared areas were so well-appointed, our tents were spacious and cozy, and Philip (the camp manager) sat down with us during every meal (some of the best I've had in my life). Every single staff member was warm and attentive. Our guide (Ian) and ranger had incredible knowledge of the area, and game drives, hikes, and sundowners were memorable and well-paced. While we saw a lot of wildlife, this is a place you stay at if you want to learn more about the surrounding communities. Small details like incredible coffee and cookies delivered to your tent in the morning as you watch the sunrise will be etched in my memory forever. Thank you for making my first visit to Kenya spectacular.

  Very secluded, upscale lodge with good food but superb dessert. Just 8 rooms, very good service and knowledge, love how they work with the community and how much the samburu people in the area respect them. Everyone was only to happy to guide us on the road with a smile on mentioning the lodge. Lots of elephants. Open to sky showers. Very quiet apart from animal noises.
