    A fantastic bush getaway! The house has a charming Flintstones style and you can completely immerse yourself in the wilderness - feed Bush babies, enjoy a view into Tsavo East from the rooftop, go on night game drives... the list goes on! A bird watchers and nature lovers paradise. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for self catering as well as hot showers and flushing toilets. A rustic style, but clean and comfortable. We have enjoyed many weekend escapes here and will be back again soon! Also a great stop-off for travelers between Nairobi and the coast, only 15 minutes from the tarmac.

    Love this place. Not for the feint hearted but a great place to go for a weekend from Nairobi or a stop off while travelling to the coast.

    Beautiful place to camp, surrounded by nature. 7 km from the Nairobi-Mombasa highway. Very friendly host. 1000 KHS per person per person and 1000 KHS if you rent a tent. Don't use Google Maps to get there! The route is completely inaccurate! It's best to take a PikiPiki at the entrance to town for 200 KHS and let it drive ahead of you.

    Great campsite and an amazing place for bird watching and bird walks. This place has a variety of accommodation, from a 2 bedrooms cottage , fixed safari tents to places to pitch your own tents. The area is 100 acres so there is plenty of space to be away from your neighbours. Robin the host is very accommodating and is very knowledgeable about the bush. He does provide washing water, but you do need to take your own drinking water. The camp site has a flush toilet and bucket shower.
