    We were at Serena Mombasa for Easter and it was such an amazing experience and so we decided to try Kilaguni for the safari experience. Rooms looked great on check in ,until we came to sleep and realized there is one fan that is so oddly centered in the room and doesn't do much for the excess heat that is in the rooms. Tell me why when I decided to go and wash my face I realized the taps were dry even though earlier I had taken a bath and there was water? Getting another fan brought to the room was such a herculean task OMG . Why is there no proper air-conditioning in this place? The watering area for the animals is great. We have seen lots of animals come to drink. I would never come back here again because what's a holiday when I can't sleep?

    We stayed at 7 hotels in Kenya, this was the best by far! Views so magical it actually brought tears of joy to my eyes! One of the most stunning views I've ever woken up to! Service was great, food was delicious, almost perfect! The facilities in the room is the only thing I'd improve!

    Amazing lodge. The setting and location is the best in Tsavo west. The food is quite exceptional for a lodge. The staff were really friendly and Gilbert the assistant manager was extremely hospitable. One of the best of Serena’s lodges. The suite I booked was full of character.

    This was the best lodge we stayed in during our time in Kenya. The view from the dining area/bar is unbelievable. The staff were friendly, courteous and not overbearing. The food was delicious - we couldn't help but get seconds at each meal. It is located conveniently within the park. The whole place was really special - a must visit.

    Here we stayed one night to do two Game Drives. The rooms are a little bit outdated but still okey. The pool was under renovation so that was a minus but understandable of course. Service was good and food was okey. But the view from the restaurant is amazing with the waterhole just outside and all the animals coming to drink.
