  Amazing venue if you're on a budget. Lovely family run place about 4km/15 minutes from Amboseli Kimana gate. Tent-cabin worked very well for us with lots of space Wood-heated hot showers were nice after a day safariing Delicious dinners, convenient packed lunches available Wilson and the rest of the family went out of their way to help us and to make us feel welcome.   If you are travelling in a budget, this is by far the best option to stay: Nice tents, safari tents, cottages. Wilson and Rachel are extremely kind, flexible and helpful. The place is really peaceful with animals (chickens, goats, cat, dogs, birds) it makes a really authentic experience, not far from a masai village as well. Meals are available with a good price and amount, so no need to buy food in town (except water). I would have stayed more days if i could.

  Even in the middle of the high season, we found a bubble of peace at this small-scale campsite/lodge. The location is beautiful and very quiet and calm. Wilson, his wife Rachel, their children, and their lovely dogs gave us a warm welcome. The lodge we stayed in was very basic (no hot water and only limited electricity), but had everything we needed. Highly recommended if you like camping and appreciate being close to nature.

  We had a fantastic stay at We4Kenya with Wilson and Rachel who were more than accommodating! The location, just 15 minutes away from the park entrance, is unbeatable at that price. The food that is served is plenty and delicious. Wilson and Rachel are really nice people who are flexible and really welcome you into their lives. Note that the rooms are very basic (as per the price point) and might be challenging for those who are afraid of spiders! The beds themselves are spotless, but cobwebs and other animals could be found in other places of the rooms (you really are in the middle of nature!). Also, they sell small bottles of water but you’d be better off getting large 1,5 or 5 litre bottles in town before coming to save some money and plastic. Even better would be a water dispenser! All in all a good spot for a great safari at a really low price point.

  We had amazing days at this place. The local (!) owners Wilson, Rachel and little Max are such great hosts. We could pitch our own tent and had a full board: the food was incredibly good. All ingredients locally sourced and they had no problem to provide safe gluten-free meals for me. The prices were more than fair! If you like they can arrange walking or motorbike safaris in the area just outside the park for a reasonable price. During 4h on the motorbike we saw elephants, zebras and giraffes! If you stay in the area , support the locals and stay with them :)
