I had a wonderful experience at AA Lodges Amboseli. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and heartfelt welcome that truly made us feel at home. The management is excellent and well-organized, under the able leadership of the manager, Mr. Johnson, whose professionalism and dedication are clearly reflected throughout the lodge. The food was exceptionally good, fresh, well-prepared, and very enjoyable. The staff demonstrated outstanding courtesy at all times; they were friendly, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special highlight of our stay was the entertainment at the swimming pool area, led by Steve Matheka. The entertainment was lively, engaging, and extremely enjoyable, creating a great atmosphere for guests to relax and have fun. Overall, AA Lodges Amboseli offers an excellent experience with great service, warm hospitality, and memorable moments. I highly recommend AA Lodges to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and an unforgettable stay.

My 03 nights were pure bliss, from excellent service and care from all staff. Johnson is a fantastic manager, a problem solver, quick to attend to any concern, has a customer first approach and positively taking feedback including the uncomfortable ones. The food was great and abundant, the rooms spacious, a very clean swimming pool, nature well preserved at the Lodge. The Lodge is close to Kimana Gate giving quick access to the park. There are a lot of improvements and ongoing upgrading and I could tell the future will be better for AA Amboseli. Looking forward to being back and experiencing the more improved Lodge.

A Highly Recommended Stay at AA Amboseli AA Amboseli delivered an absolutely wonderful experience, blending comfort and accessibility perfectly for an unforgettable safari trip. The commitment to guest satisfaction starts and ends with the people. The staff here are genuinely super friendly and attentive; their warmth made us feel instantly welcome and cared for throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday with a special dance and a lovely cake—a truly memorable touch! This attention to detail extends to the facilities, as the rooms and all resort grounds were immaculately clean, reflecting a true pride in maintenance. Dining was a major highlight. The food buffet was consistently nice, offering a wide variety of freshly prepared, delicious options for every meal. Evenings are particularly special, featuring a relaxed campfire setting and engaging cultural performances, like the traditional Masai or other local dances, alongside a generous and enjoyable drink selection at the bar. The amenities further enhance the stay significantly. The swimming pool is large and spotlessly clean, offering a refreshing break from the Kenyan heat. A special mention must go to the spa: the massage services are truly nice and an absolute must-have experience for complete relaxation. Highly recommend AA Amboseli for its quality, outstanding staff, and excellent overall value.

Great view of Mount Kilimanjaro. The landscape could use work and the service (what are these weird water rules!!) also needs to be better. Wi-fi in rooms is a non negotiable 😡. DSTV you either have it or you don't ... But I heard they are re opening so maybe things will get better.
