  Location wise, it’s centrally located within the town centre, close to a medical clinic and shops. Service was lacking due to few staff present, however, some of the waiters were really attentive and ready to assist, willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests were well taken care of. Food wise, it was OK, there wasn’t much variety but what was provided was good quality, especially the goat meat. Room wise, the rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and have mosquito nets around the bed, but small details were missing for example, mats for bathrooms. All in all, it was an OK experience.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at Penety Amboseli Resort while working with the East African Classic Safari Rally, and I can confidently say it was the best accommodation experience I’ve had throughout my assignments. From the moment I checked in, the warmth and professionalism of the staff stood out. Despite the demanding and unpredictable rally schedule, the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. Early breakfasts, late meals, last-minute requests nothing was ever too much for them. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable, offering the perfect environment to rest and recharge after long days on the route. The attention to detail in cleanliness, comfort, and overall ambience was exceptional. The food was another highlight. Every meal was fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully prepared, with enough variety to keep things interesting even over a long stay. The kitchen team clearly takes pride in what they do. What truly made the stay unforgettable was the genuine hospitality. The staff understood the pressures and time demands of rally work, and they offered support with a level of care that felt personal and sincere. Their consistency, reliability, and friendliness made this hotel feel less like a stopover and more like a home base. Without a doubt, this has been my best hotel experience during the East African Classic Safari Rally outstanding service, excellent facilities, and a team that truly understands hospitality. Highly recommended. Penety Amboseli Resort is truly a hidden gem.

  Very comfortable big rooms with ample space, the beds are insanely comfortable and clean, the staff are very welcoming especially Tony at the front office, the manager Mr Victor is very interactive and ready to render assistance where needed. The has enough rooms to accommodate a huge group like our classic safari group with almost 100 members with so much ease. The food is to die for, well seasoned for those who like spicy food and also one can put in request on how one would prefer their food done. All in all this is like a hidden gem and the roads leading to the hotel are in very good condition, huge swimming pool also at the site, wonderful play area for kids, wonderful wonderful place to be can easily spot the huge investment done to this place, would highly recommend to others!

  Penety Lodge in Amboseli is truly a gem. The rooms are clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to give you a stunning, uninterrupted view of Mt. Kilimanjaro - especially at sunrise. The staff are warm, and always ready to assist, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Their food is fresh and delicious, and the overall service is exceptional. Whether you’re visiting for work or relaxation, Penety Lodge offers comfort, great hospitality, and one of the best mountain views in Amboseli. Highly recommended!💯

  The resort is the best. Everything is good. Especially the meals, the rooms are spaceous and the beds are so comfy. The swimming pool is great. And the pool assistant Mr Jacom Imote was really helpful. Generally your staff are friendly, couteous and very proffesional. I highly recommend it
