    Perfect location, right in the heart of Lamu Old Town, everything is within walking distance. Phillip is always around, super helpful and kind, which really makes a difference. The rooms are simple but clean, and for the price, it’s honestly hard to beat in Lamu. Only downside: it gets a bit hot in the room, so maybe adding an extra fan would help. But overall, I was really happy with my stay. Great value for money. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking to explore Lamu on a budget.

    Arrived after sunset. 1500 double Disappointing... Very neglected, small and dirty bathroom, matress soft and very old, bedsheet too small and full of big holes... We have seen 3 different rooms and took the one with bathroom inside... Of course we left next morning. Changed to Al-reidy. You find that on booking.com. It's difficult to find reasonably priced places in Lamu nowadays... Overtourism will spoil it like Zansibar.

    This hotel is located in the heart of lamu town just behind the lamu museum And walking distance to everywhere There are single,double and family rooms available with en-suite washrooms All room windows designed to maximize on the fresh air ventilation and surrounding view there is a fan too And all beds have a mosquito nets Services to wash and iron cloths available too The hotel offers lodging only But outside meals can be brought Friendly staff who have a good knowledge of the town and what it has to offer for a memorable holiday This place is ideal for those who spend the day out and about and come to get a good nites sleep
