We loved our time at Margarita House. It was a perfect location for the Carnivore restaurant, kibera Slum tour, giraffe center and the elephant orphanage. The staff was amazing. We actually hated to leave. Highly recommend

This hotel has not changed in over 3 years. I have always stayed in the one room that did not have a foot board, so I can fit in it. The broken window latch had never been fixed. I mentioned it and lo and behold, it was fixed immediately.. Why did it take so long? Still no fans in the room. Exactly the same breakfasts... It needs a little updating... Too many things are broken...

Very clean and nice hotel in good neighborhood. Rooms are very big, lots of closet space and the showers are excellent. Staff is very friendly. Food is good. Only downside is that because of all the smooth surfaces every sound is amplifed so you have a lot of noise from people talking walking and slamming doors. They do have earplugs in the rooms, but that just muffles the sound a bit.
