The live carving station delivers beautifully prepared cuts like prime rib-eye and herb-crusted lamb, while additional live cooking stations serve customized pasta, wok-tossed Asian dishes, and rich, aromatic curries. I had a great experience here on October 2025 as we celebrated our wedding reception. Many thanks to Chef Jane for her warm reception and spectacular dishes. The Sunday brunch is my favorite time here.

Stayed here before. Lovely rooms and excellent service!! Also, such a lovely high tea experience over the weekend! Everything was beautifully presented, the food was delicious, and the whole setting was so elegant and relaxing. The attention to detail really stood out, and it was the perfect spot for a slow, indulgent afternoon. Definitely an experience I’d recommend!

Hands down the best spa experience I’ve ever had.The whole team at Kempinsky spa made me feel so welcome, but I especially want to shout out my masseuse Terry. She is the most polite, gentle and empathetic person I’ve ever met and also incredibly efficient at her job. I left feeling completely recharged. If you want comfort, calm top-tier care, this is it.

An Exceptional Stay in Nairobi This is undoubtedly one of the finest places to stay in Nairobi. Every aspect of our experience was excellent. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and complemented by equally impressive bathrooms. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding level of service provided by the staff. A special thank you to Alfred and Mercy, who looked after us so warmly during breakfast each morning. We are also extremely grateful to Mr. Martin Ngure from the concierge team, whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication were exceptional. Martin assisted me with the planning and booking of flights and hotel stays, and his support was invaluable throughout our trip. I genuinely could not have managed it without his help. We would also like to recognize Peter Ochieng from the housekeeping team, who serviced our room each day to the highest standard, leaving it impeccably clean and comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi.

I had a surprise birthday party at Lucca Restaurant, and the staff truly outdid themselves—especially Sylvia N., who led the team so well. The service was excellent, the cake was absolutely delicious, and the dinner was just perfect. It was a truly memorable experience!

I was staying a couple of kilometres away and I found getting to the hotel was easier even by foot. I had lunch for two days and I found the food to delicious and sumptuous. The service was excellent. Anne Maureen served me well. She provided a friendly and professional service.
