  To day I visited the hotel as a Cascade Institute of Hospitality student as a school trip and had the best experince. The rooms were gorgeous and does not matter the price they are all worth it💐.Their services are good as all the staff are welcoming,hospitable and fun to be around 💐 . The hotel is located at a no noise pollution background guaranteeing all their customers enough rest and a good stay💐. I am proudly able to say that one day I would love to work with them 💐 as they all demonstrated teamwork and decency.   Mövenpick truly feels like my second home. The location is excellent — convenient and easy to get to. The hotel itself is consistently comfortable, well maintained, and has great amenities that make every stay smooth and relaxing. But what really makes this place special is the staff - every single person from the security personnel, to the cleaning staff, the concierge team, the dining room servers, the chefs ..... They are genuinely welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful in a way that goes beyond standard service. Every interaction feels personal, and they always make the effort to ensure everything is taken care of. It’s the kind of hospitality that keeps you coming back — not just because it’s a great hotel, but because it feels like a place where you’re truly looked after. Highly recommended.

  Mövenpick Hotel is truly one of my favorite places to stay. I have stayed here more than five times, and each visit has been consistently amazing. The atmosphere is calm and serene, and the location is perfect. The customer service is excellent, and the rooms are always clean, cozy, and very comfortable. I also absolutely enjoyed the revolving restaurant on the 24th floor such a unique experience with great views. The food was delicious, and overall the experience is always top-notch. I highly recommend Mövenpick Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a relaxing stay.

  The service was excellent from the reception to the room. I had an issue with my AC in the room, and I didn't wait long before someone came to fix it. The breakfast was great, and I liked the fruit shot that the waiter offered me to sample. The spread was great, albeit your crockpots were burning the sausages.

  I had the pleasure of hosting a workshop at the Movenpick Hotel in Nairobi, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Even though we were really pressed for time and had to arrange everything at the last minute, the team at Movenpick was incredibly accommodating. A huge thank you to Ludricia, who handled our request for proposal on a Saturday, which was honestly above and beyond since it wasn’t even a working day. And also to Beatrice, who oversaw everything and made sure we were well taken care of throughout. She really made sure everything ran smoothly. I also have to mention Dovelyne, who was so attentive in ensuring we had water, tea, and a clean space at all times, and Joy, who kept a close eye on us and made sure we only accounted for exactly what we needed so we didn’t overcharge. That attention to detail was really appreciated. On top of that, when I wasn’t feeling well one day, the hotel’s clinic was fantastic. The nurse was so kind and made sure I was okay before I went back to the event. The IT support was always just a call away. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Movenpick for anyone planning a workshop. They were efficient, quick to respond, and really made the whole experience feel seamless. Emma
