  This hotel is the benchmark for other hotels. I got good food especially the juices you must try 😋. The lounge is nice,the pool is great and the rooms are so beautiful and photogenic. My socials were full of serena hotel pictures 😅. But I would highly recommend this place and put in on my tier list as an S tier. Good work

  This was the first and most expensive hotel we stayed at, and unfortunately also the one where we felt least comfortable. We arrived about two hours before check-in and were charged 100 USD for early check-in. It sounded as if this would include breakfast, so we agreed, only to then still be charged separately for breakfast, which felt unclear and disappointing. The room was very nice, and the pool area was pleasant. In terms of facilities, this was probably the most luxurious place we stayed at. The food was exceptional and definitely a highlight. The staff were extremely attentive, but sometimes to an uncomfortable degree. During dinner, five different staff members came to ask us how the food was within about one hour. On multiple other occasions, different staff members asked how long we were staying and strongly encouraged us to return after our safari. While clearly meant kindly, this constant questioning and pressure did not feel natural or relaxed and made us feel uneasy. Overall, while the hotel is undeniably luxurious with excellent food, the service style and the unclear charges for early check-in and breakfast negatively affected our experience.

  One of the best stays for me. Serena lives in our heart being a Pakistani. Such fabulous staff, amazingly relaxing facility and seating places thoroughly the facility. I came to Nairobi for work and fell in love with the city and it’s kind people. I needed a particular favour of green tea and they arranged for it so amicably. They know their hospitality. Truly admirable The gym facility and staff are so helpful and kind. The trainers (Charity M) in particular has her way of helping the struggling gym enthusiasts like me. All in all it was a wonderful experience. I will come back with my family for sure.

  It was fine, included in a tour. We were spoiled at the JW Marriott just before. Food was Ok, creme brulee was delicious. Staff was good.

  I had a wonderful stay at Serena Nairobi Hotel. The service was consistently kind and professional—from security and reception to the concierge and wait staff. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, and I especially appreciated the daily restocking of the minibar. I also dined at the hotel bar restaurant and enjoyed the experience. The location is very convenient, with easy daytime walks to the Maasai Market and several nearby restaurants. Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality
