Review by Thomas Mukhwana Digital marketing Expert. 🌟 Google Maps Review – Eastleigh, Nairobi 🌟 Eastleigh is honestly a whole experience — a high-energy ecosystem that feels like stepping into a living marketplace of culture, commerce, and pure entrepreneurial fire. Walking through these streets is like watching a city breathe innovation in real time. From the buzzing corridors of Business Bay Square Mall to the endless rows of shops stacked with fashion, electronics, and wholesale gems, Eastleigh delivers serious value-chain excellence. The commercial momentum here is unmatched — it is where ambition meets affordability, and where every corner feels like a strategic business opportunity waiting to be unlocked. The cultural blend is stunning. They don’t call it “Little Mogadishu” for nothing. The Somali community, alongside vibrant influences from Yemen, Ethiopia, and other global cultures, creates an atmosphere that’s rich, soulful, and beautifully diverse. It’s a place where the aroma of fresh cuisine dances through the air, where vendors call out with passion, and where every interaction feels authentically human. Yes, Eastleigh moves at full throttle — busy streets, energetic vendors, and a rhythm that never pauses — but that’s exactly where its magic lives. If you’re a curious traveller, a bargain hunter, or a business-minded mover looking for market insights, this neighbourhood hits the sweet spot. 🔥 Eastleigh is not just a location — it’s a vibe, a marketplace of dreams, and a cultural powerhouse driving Nairobi’s growth narrative. Highly recommended. 💼✨

Booked this hotel thru trip.com, during checkout they asked to pay extra because they claimed the price on platform is lower than actual hotel price... The hotel itself is a scam

Worst customer service from the receptionist named Sadia. She lacks good communication skills and is not fluent in any national language which is very important for someone to be qualified to be a receptionist. She is very rude to clients.

I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel today.Due to demonstrations in Nairobi Cbd,it was unsafe for me to return home,so I came to book a room for the night.Unfortunately,I was turned away simply because I didn’t have any luggage with me.I explained that I was in a difficult and unsafe situation, but the receptionist,a lady on duty called Saadia at that time was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. There was no empathy or understanding shown. In times like these, basic compassion and professionalism should matter more than policy.I left feeling even more vulnerable and disappointed.I hope the management seriously reflects on how they treat people in distress.

If you value your sleep avoid this place as there’s a hall for wedding services that runs into the am! The music continued even in the Godly hours and I had to move out in the middle of the night to just get a sleep elsewhere!
