  I visited BBS Mall a couple of days ago and had a generally pleasant experience. The mall offers a good variety of shops, making it convenient for different needs and age groups. There are several restaurants to choose from, as well as stores selling mobile phones, clothing, and bags for both men and women. It’s easy to find something whether you’re shopping for yourself or for family. One thing I appreciated was the cleanliness of the mall the common areas and walkways are well maintained, which makes moving around comfortable. However, one downside is the signage. The directional signs are not very visible or clear, so it can be a bit confusing to know which shops are located on which floor, especially for first-time visitors. Improving the signage would make navigation much easier and enhance the overall shopping experience. Overall, BBS Mall is a nice place to shop and dine, with just a few areas that could be improved.

  The architectural design is amazing! The layout inside too. But that’s just about it. I went in for a brief stop and was completely put off by the excessive burning of incense sticks. Within minutes of access I started having a headache and feeling nauseated. They sticks were being burnt along the mall corridors 😨 it was intense. The 30 minutes I spent there were hard. This is a public space that I believe should cater for all users. Can you tone down on this? The health risks of these sticks are out there for all to see and read from ‘headaches, respiratory problems , dermatologic sensitivity and allergic reactions.

  The biggest and best mall in East Africa, It is clealiness beauty and mesmerous scne made me enjoy my visit, I recomend any one reach Nairobi to visit there🫶

  Went there for kids play zone. The mall is spacious with a variety of shops ranging from fashion to eateries. There are a number of Banks and social centres.
