A really great Nairobi gym where the kind owner explains exercises correctly and everything stays well-cleaned and maintained. Well-equipped despite the small single-room setup, with wonderful atmosphere and a great coach.

    Good place, great coach, and wonderful atmosphere. The gym consists of the one room you see in the pictures. It's very clean and has well-maintained equipments. The location was a bit far from where I live, but the trip was worth it. I'm satisfied with the results I got in the span of the two months I spent there.

    Really a great gym. The owner is very kind and willing to explain the exercises to do in the correct way. The gym is really well cleaned and maintained. Although it looks small and is well equipped, you can train every part of the body well. In Italy we are used to giant gyms with a lot of machinery, yet here we managed to train very well. I am attaching the photos of the machinery here, I hope they will be useful to you. 💪🏼

    Awesome environment for both personal and group training. Nelson opens very early for the early birds😉. Amazing trainers, clean gym, clean equipments. I can go on and on... This is the best gym in town.

    First The instructor is top with so much knowledge and skills..Patient and so committed to make tge client see results. Advice on diet etc. The gym is clean and am so loving the experience. Thank you so much Nelson always looking forward for my next session.
