Went there with my girlfriend, who is a very good pool player and she was refused to play because she is female !!!!! In this day and age such sexist behaviour should not be allowed or tolerated within an organisation organisation.

Bad place. They scammed us on the bills of the drinks. Trying to add more to the price of a cocktail and trying to make bills paid multiple times.

We went there for dinner, but everything went wrong from the start. The waitress was not professional at all and didn’t seem to know the menu or even what items were unavailable. After we ordered, she came back after 15 minutes to say the vegetarian dish my husband chose was not available. We picked another one... and the same thing happened again. And again — three times in total. At that point we were already frustrated, so my husband just ordered fries to eat something before leaving to another place. But the surprise was that after all those delays, our food still arrived more than 1 hour later. My dish (steak fillet) was completely wrong — it was fried instead of grilled, very dry, and not even a proper fillet, just slices. The fries were also dry and tasted old, like they were from the day before. Service was just as bad — I asked multiple times for a straw, and finally she said they don’t have any. Then I asked for a spoon to mix my drink... and she forgot, like everything else. We didn’t even eat — just one bite and we decided to leave. We ended up paying almost 6000 KES for nothing, and even the payment process was a mess. They first took the payment, then said it didn’t go through, and made us wait another 10 minutes to bring a different machine. Really ruined our day. Would not recommend at all.

Overall, the place is decent. The music, however, is extremely loud and mostly local which makes it feel repetitive and monotone. But you can usually request a song from the DJ which is a plus. My experience was fine until an incident with a staff member who was also working as security and operating the pool table. He invited me to play a game with him.... I didn’t approach him, and he clearly saw I had already been playing with other people. When I lost, he suddenly demanded that I pay for the game. I explained that since he works there and invited me to play, he should cover the cost. There was no prior agreement that the loser would pay, and this was never mentioned before the game. He insisted anyway and demanded the money. It felt like a true setup: inviting a customer to play, saying nothing about payment, then forcing them to pay after losing to someone who is clearly very experienced. That behavior is unacceptable. As a foreigner, it honestly felt like the goal was simply to get some money😕 We spent 20,000 KES here already, which is more than enough, and we will not be returning. !!️🚨Be cautious about playing games with strangers at this place🚨!!️
