A smart restaurant contained within the Almanara . As the name suggests it has a series of sails surrounding it . The food was good but not outstanding. The coconut battered prawn starter was a little bland . To follow I enjoyed a perfectly cooked steak however the fries were greasy and inedible . Overall , perfectly pleasant with a nice ambience but wouldn’t rush back for the food .

Having just returned from dinner at this restaurant I can honestly say it was one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. We all ordered crab spaghetti, apart from everyones being completely tasteless my gluten free spaghetti was broken into little pieces so was impossible to eat unless I used a soup spoon. I complained 3 times, was told that’s what gluten free pasta is like! I eat it all the time at home and it’s perfectly edible, as good as ordinary spaghetti. After leaving most of it on my plate I was then charged an extra 300/- for the gluten free! The other three guests said they wouldn’t be returning either, absolutely no taste of crab at all. Service was good, charming waiters and decor is nice so it’s a shame.

A beautiful spot on Galu Beach with some of my favourite dishes - the carpaccio (tuna or beetroot), smoked sailfish and steak. The desserts are consistently delicious. Great service and the yummiest Espresso Martinis! Couldn’t recommend Sails more✨

Met some new friends, we met on safari. We're staying at different resorts, Sails was halfway between us. Food was excellent, as was the service. A great choice after all inclusive food. Safe and secure too.
