First visit to this national park, and I was very excited to spot the big cats. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see any as they were hiding and resting after their morning hunt, according to the local guide. However, we did spot other animals, and the overall experience was good. Tip: Try to reach before 6:00 AM—you may catch more animal activity before sunrise.

An unforgettable experience! Nairobi National Park is truly unique incredible wildlife with the city skyline in the background. We saw lions, rhinos, giraffes, and so many other animals in their natural habitat. Well maintained, peaceful, and a must-visit for anyone coming to Nairobi.

The Park was great and we booked the tour through Airbnb then paid the park fees through the government sites. The tour started out great and it was about 4-5 hours depending on what you book. I went for the 6am-11am slot and it was great because you could see the animals but not the nocturnal animals. I went my a friend and my sister and we had a blast with our tour guide David. We saw monkeys first at the entrance then some fox like dog animal, giraffes, lioness in the tree, Pumba from Lion King, Zebras, Buffalo, Hippos, Ostriches, Impala, lioness, lions, crocodiles and what not and more. It was really fun but hot.

That was a great day, since it was not my first safari I decided to go to Nairobi National Park because it’s near and not far to travel to as I was on a short vacation but man it was beautiful I’ve seen lions, buffaloes, hippos, giraffes, ostriches, zebras, crocodiles, and many more but no Elephants though it’s in other parks. Short line if you are on a short break and want to do a safari that’s where you should go but if you have more time try a bigger one and maybe both because why not .

An incredible place! You can see wild animals in their natural habitat – lions, giraffes, rhinos, and zebras. A ride in an off-road vehicle amidst such wildlife is an unforgettable adventure. The park is beautiful and offers a true sense of connection with nature. I highly recommend it!
