  For a hotel of this category, it is quite disappointing that there is no currency exchange service available, nor any assistance or guidance offered to guests. In an international city like Nairobi, this is a basic service that travelers reasonably expect. The lack of this option significantly reduces convenience and does not match the standards of a hotel at this level. Needs improvement.

  A good, spacious hotel located near the airport, which is very convenient and makes getting around much easier. The service is not outstanding, but it isn’t bad either, just okay. The staff are friendly, but at times there seems to be a lack of communication and clear information. The room is comfortable and generously sized. The bathroom is also large, and the shower is good. Despite the modern touch, there are signs that some maintenance is already needed. We had no issues with noise, which was great. Breakfast was disappointing, mainly due to the lack of staff for such high demand. I had to wait quite a while in line for an omelet, with only one person handling the station, and it was clear he was overwhelmed. The quality and variety of fruits, cold cuts, and other items were not very satisfying. Dinner, however, was somewhat better. The souvenir shop in the entrance hall is great! Overall, it is a good hotel with some areas that could be improved :)

  Was here for an Award Event. Security is assured. Accessible as it is on the road. Food is up to standard. Decor - Luxurious with a touch of culture and relaxation feel. Service is top notch but make sure to look out for your food if not done, they are very serious with clearing the tables. Make sure to try the toilets 🤭.

  ~ Terry Jepchirchir Chelimo We were honored to be served in this hotel end of September 2025. My family and I were checked in within a very short time with a very warm team. The rooms were well kept and extremely clean and cosy. Their meals were fresh and hygienically handled. Tinga constantly made sure we had what we needed in our table. Robert Kioko helped us with our bags to the room, and on the day we left, he helped us measure and pack our bags for the airport transfer and Sammy Talaam drove us to the airport in time and helped us as we checked in. Our stay was very safe and comfortable, it was our home. Thank you very much for hosting us and keep up with the incredible hospitality.

  Beautiful location for your events and if you want a nice place to chill out. Definitely 5 star hotel. Great scenery. Huge car park. Top notch services. Concierge available. Their food is one of the best I've eaten so far, if not the best. They have wide variety at their buffets and it ranges from vegetables, fruits, wide variety of carbs, great juices and so much more. They have a nice pool. Their washrooms are ultra modern. Very high tech and neat. It smells very good and the floors are always dry. The air is always fresh and the rooms are neat and spacious.
