  The G.Africa cabin has good potential and is well furnished, and the unit was clean upon check-in. However, the overall experience for one week there was negatively affected by poor service quality. Utensils were stained and inadequately cleaned, and daily housekeeping was not provided by default during the stay until when we made requests at the reception. Food service was inconsistent, including burnt fish fingers, long delays at the poolside, and generally compromised service standards. A pre-arranged birthday setup for my daughter required multiple follow-ups and was ultimately very basic, lacking proper seating, cutlery, drinks, and any celebratory presentation. The children’s playground was dirty every signle day, with stagnant rainwater on equipment, and requests for cleaning were not acted upon. Overall, staff appeared demotivated and unprofessional. While the facility itself is impressive, improvements in customer service, staff motivation, and attention to detail are needed to avoid losing returning guests.

  The reception was good,cheers to pauline. The food was horrible, Tea with after taste,boiled eggs was not well cooked, sweet potatoes was horrible hard in the middle

  I had a terrible experience with the service. The food was disappointing,our lunch fish was burnt, and for dinner, we were served cold mutton that had clearly been reheated. The rice was also half-cooked. When we went to our rooms, the receptionist, Pauline, left without handing over important details to the next staff member after her shift. Since our check-in, we were told to wait while the rooms were being cleaned after previous guests left, even though we had booked via WhatsApp. We were eventually taken to an available room, but it had a cold shower and a non-functioning TV. During dinner, we had to ask multiple times before finally getting the Wi-Fi password. The most frustrating part was the billing. The price we agreed on,and for which we had a quotation,was not what we were charged in the morning. They overcharged us, and when we raised the issue, the manager refused to listen to our concerns, despite having the quotation on hand. I would not recommend this place. It’s not worth your money,go at your own risk!

  The receptionist showed attitude 😏. But when it comes to the white people, she's very kind. Not recommendable. The other workers,eg security and cleaners, very kind and respectful 💯

  Good ambience and service. Tasty food and variety. Good location for a getaway and for group camps like the one I attended. Their local government should really pull up their socks and fix that road to the camp location. They should also do something about the hyacinth on the lake. We missed out on a boat ride because of that.
