  I wish I had songs of praise like the rest of the reviews here. Unfortunately, I don't. The positives first- The place is beautifully planned and looks promising. Also conveniently located. The support staff is very friendly and welcoming. The negative- I spoke to Prisca on phone and we had a lengthy discussion on their facility. When we arrived, we were dealt with unmet expectations. We had been told that there would be a fridge...well there was none. Since we were self-catering, we had travelled with food that would go bad. The utencils provided were pathetic and hardly existent. The beds are laughable. The mattress so thin, placed on pallet beds with light duvets - one barely gets a wink of sleep. The towels in the room, the bedding -all stained and of different colours looking more like second hand hand me downs. When we expressed our disappointment, the owners were very rude and condensending. They said they were 'doing us a favour' , told us that we are not well-travelled, said that they receive guests who arrive in '4*4' vehicles. The treatment was cold, demeaning, and very unpleasant. We slept the night but left the next day for a different place. Carol explained as we were exiting that there were better cottages and encouraged us to come back. Well, the owners didn't seem to think we could afford it so that remains to be seen!

  We had an amazing time at the center. The team from Prisca,Sam and Gabriel were really great in hosting and sharing great places to experience in Naivasha. Such a great family. Carol, Susan and Juma were also great in housekeeping and supporting throughout the stay. We really enjoyed the home away from home feeling and the eco friendly nature of the centre. The England cottages and the Scandinavian cabins have been structured really well. Would definitely recommend staying here and looking forward to coming back

  Fantastic place to spend quality time with friends and family or even just your mate. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Sam, Prisca and Gabriel really treat you like family and take pride in their work. The staff are so wonderful as well. Humphrey, Wafula and Suzie are always so pleasant and helpful. I also love that your car gets cleaned on the day of check out. The views from the rooms are amazing as well and not too far from the best restaurant in Naivasha (Kijiko). We’ll come back again and again ♥️♥️♥️

  We loved this place, specially the view from our tent was amazing, very relaxing atmosphere... great to start hiking at Mt Longonot, just take an uber to the entry of the park (order it to the gas station below). Besides of that everyone made us feel very welcomed, thanks to Gabriel and his parents, Susan and Carol and also Humphrey. The dogs were wonderful company. Take earplugs during the night as they bark when they see zebras that pass by the camp (be gentle they do their job :)) For the night you are welcomed to enjoy yourself at fire places. The kitchen is very much organized and you can find what you need (if something is missing, just ask)

  Great facility, thoughtfully set up for glamping or camping with family & friends. Starting with the staff team Humfrey, Juma & the ladies...then the owners Prisca, Sam & their son Gabriel...they went all out to make our stay there quite memorable! We were a small group of 8 kids & 3 adults. The location is perfect to explore Mt. Longonot, Lk. Naivasha etc considering it's about 2 hrs from Nairobi. The camping areas, the cooking & dinning area, the camping tips from Sam & Gabriel, the good conversations with other campers, the pool even the piped music in the clean bathrooms made the 3 days a perfect experience. Like the other campers said... we'll definitely be back soon!!
