Ajabu House exceeded my expectations! The unique stunning views and serene surroundings by the lake created an unforgettable experience✨️✨️ I really loved the early morning boat rides and evening game drives - i even saw the hippos! The food was exquisite, Norah's and Patrick's exceptional service made every meal truly special🙏 It's a perfect blend of luxury and nature would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway😊👍

Lovely location on the lake, with wonderful birdlife and a very peaceful setting. We had a large family gathering and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and still each have a sense of our own space. The feeling of being in an old, family home made it very special with a real sense of history and memories. Staff were excellent.

Our annual family gathering took place at Ajabu for three consecutive nights. The diverse age range of our group, spanning from three to seventy five presented a unique challenge in terms of catering to all preferences. The staff were completely unflustered! The house and its surroundings exuded an unparalleled charm. The house’s rich history, the plush and comfortable beds, and the exceptional staff all contributed to a memorable experience. Ajabu offered a plethora of daily activities, both within the premises and in the surrounding areas. These included walking, water skiing, golf, birdwatching, and tennis, among others. For those seeking relaxation, the magnificent Lake Naivahsa provided a serene backdrop from the verandah or lower deck, offering breathtaking views. The Ajabu team demonstrated remarkable professionalism and handled the management of a large group with ease. Nothing was too much trouble. Ajabu is an ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful getaway or an exhilarating sporting weekend.
