  Luxurious stay indeed. Plush property just beside Lake Naivasha. The waterbody and hippo-watching add value to their hospitality. Food is super good. They have their own facilities for boating on the lake. Rooms are spacious, and they use golf carts for pick-up and drop-off from the dining area.

  It's located on a huge plot of land. Hotel rooms are spacious and welcoming. Staff are as usual welcoming and it gives you the holiday vibe. Also good for staff retreats and teak building activities. I think they can improve upon the internet connectivity. Food variety could be improved as well to suit more foreign guests. Another thing I realised was centralized tea breaks at the conference facilities. I don't know if it's a thing.. but I believe it keeps the area too crowded with everyone getting down from various rooms to have tea.

  Our stay at Lake Naivasha Resort was absolutely fantastic! The resort is set in a stunning location with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding nature. It’s peaceful, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing getaway or a romantic retreat. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with beautiful views that made every morning feel special. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. One of the highlights of our stay was the boat rides on the lake, and we also loved the hippo feeding experience—so much fun and a unique way to see these amazing animals up close! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to make our stay enjoyable. Between the relaxing atmosphere, fun activities, and romantic vibe, Lake Naivasha Resort exceeded all our expectations. It’s the perfect place to unwind, explore, and make lasting memories. Highly recommended!

  Two stars are because the pool area is nice, the porters are professional and friendly, and Tonny who gave us the river tour was amazing and informative.. everything else was lacking. We arrived and Vivian at the front desk was cold and couldn’t be bothered to speak more than two words to us. The central booking team had made a mistake with our booking but they were able to put us in a different room that ended up having a broken balcony door (all the balcony doors are connected so super unsafe), smelled like cigarettes, and was next to the elevator so it was super loud all night and morning. Room was clean otherwise other than the bathroom was a little dirty and the hairdryer was all oily. Water was hot and WiFi was good. The main bar was closed so the only bar open was the pool bar which was cold and loud. Dinner was a buffet and was terrible.. the food was bad, no one serving was able to tell us if the food was prepared with filtered water which makes me wonder if we will get sick from it. Right away we ordered a bottled water and a glass of wine and they didn’t bring it until we were done with dinner. We asked if we could bring it to our room and they said yes and we left, only for them to call us thirty min later telling us we should’ve signed for it and wanting us to walk all the way back to the front desk. This was by far the worst stop on our safari and we wish we had paid the $200 more for Enashipai or the country club. Edited to add that my husband now has food poisoning from here so definitely stay away!

  Enjoyed every minute of the holiday. The scenery is amazing! The food is great. It's kid friendly, so many activities, the boat ride was my highlight. The " captain" of the boat young man Edwin was very knowledgeable and entertaining with all the facts on flora and fauna. I loved the experience
