    The fish here is fresh and alot. You can decide to have it fried for you and eat on site. Great view of the lake, park and relax or buy and take off.

    Karagita Beach is more of a functional lakeside spot than a relaxing getaway. There’s no proper space to walk or sit and unwind, but it’s a great place for freshly prepared fish from the various vendors around. If you're looking for an affordable boat ride, this is a good place to go! It is also easily accessible via public transport from town.

    Although it's not a proper lake beach in the sense one may think - no swimming possible nor spaces to sit / lay on the beach, this place is a lively spot to spend a few hours in a relaxed African atmosphere. Choose your freshly fished fish and have it grilled, accompanied with a drink. Don't expect anything luxurious or posh: it's very basic. Most important, this beach is the main departure point for Crescent Island and hippo-watching boat trips
