  Amazing place, with amazing people. Super friendly staff. The ambience, location, ease of accessibility and to crown it all the game drive... All waiting to be explored by you.. We had memorable moments during our stay. We shall be back Special thanks to Kazungu (the manager), Miriam (receptionist),A Andrew(our dedicated waiter), Sopilal (our hse cleaner) and Adan (restaurant).

  Loved this lodge. Great location in the middle of the reserves. Surrounded by beautiful wildlife and birds. Accommodations are pretty nice & comfortable- food was ok, but considering that we weren't there for food, that's ok.

  Our first stop and didn’t disappoint, despite power savings for couple of hours a day. Rooms are spacious and equipped with good amenities one needs. Staff was friendly and chatty, made friends with many. Service can be slightly more efficient.

  Our stay at Samburu Simba Lodge was truely great, the layout of the lodge is good making it accessible to those using a wheelchair. You get a feeling of being away in a private space listening and watching the birds and animals that come calling. The lodge has not one but two swimming pools to cater to those staying at either side of the lodge. Meals are wholesome with a good variety.

  we stayed at Samburu Simba lodge an amazing Lodge and I cannot sing high praises enough! Upon our arrival, the staff instantly warmed our hearts with big smiles and kind hospitality. The lodge is beautiful itself, it’s situated right in the middle of Samburu and has gorgeous views of the safari. Our rooms were large, clean and homely with comfortable beds that made it quite difficult to get up in time for said early game drives! The kids had a great time at the pool, and we all enjoyed the food, fresh and delicious, with a nice mix of local and international offerings. The bonfire at nightfall was a great experience to share stories with other guests under the stars. The game drives were unforgettable; we did see elephants, giraffes and even a leopard thanks to our amazing guide’s sharp eyes. Every detail, from the attentive service to the beautiful surroundings, made this a trip we’ll cherish forever. We’re already planning our next visit! If you’re looking for a family-friendly spot in Samburu, we highly recommend Samburu Simba Lodge, you won’t be disappointed.
