Low-key hotel offering down-to-earth rooms & apartments, plus a simple restaurant & an outdoor pool.

Rooms are splendid and the pool's clean, but the kitchen is a disaster—people wait three hours for food while waiters lie about timing. Go for the comfortable bed and budget pricing, eat somewhere else.

    There is a young boy at the reception. Rude, arrogant and thinks he owns the place.....or maybe he does. Didn't enjoy my stay here

    My favorite spot to stay in when in kisumu..it's very convenient and the manager is very helpful and pleasant

    The experience in this hotel was horrible was checked in and at night someone accessed my room like drugged me and frisked all my bags just to wake up at night and find everything all over and to my surprise the cctv was not working. I lost my phone and money, Id and ATM. I later found the ATM and ID at the ground floor of the hotel but I lost a phone.The same I reported at the Kondele police station and got an OB number . The hotel management have never called me or given a report 3 weeks down now.. Disappointed.

    Very comfortable rooms and ample parking. Very well priced and situated within Kisumu. Its areal budget Hotel with very friendly staff and ample parking. It has awell sized and clean swimming pool plus a well.stocked and fairly priced Bar and restaurant. Great value for money indeed.

    The rooms are splendid. Perfect Ambience. Clean and neat. The receptionist was very hospitable. Everything is good except the kitchen and the waiter services. We waited for food for more than 3 hours. The waiter will lie to you food would be ready in 45 minutes. We had to make noise at the kitchen. We got to the hotel a bit late and tired and ordered food. We waited for food from 7:03 pm & ate past 10pm. In a nut shell, the hotel is a go to anytime but plan to eat or order food from outside unless you have the time to wait for more than 3hrs. Anyway, they said they were sorry.
