I’ve never had such an amazing experience at a hotel. The staff are some of the friendliest I’ve ever met! The rooms were clean, room service was prompt and professional. They made sure I was full at breakfast whether I liked it or not 😂😂. That was a truly unique experience 😂😂😂. I had the best chicken masala and jeera rice at the restaurant next to the pool. The crispiest fries too. The staff at this hotel make it one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to 💯💯

The Vic hotel is a very Serene place. If you want somewhere that is not crowded, spacious, beautiful with good food, then this is definitely the place. They have a beautiful pool for those that love swimming 😉

We chose the Vic as the hotel to host all our guests for our wedding in Kisumu and they did not disappoint! Nirmal and Minaz made sure our guests were thoroughly looked after and had everything they needed. The rooms were cleaned everyday and had all the amenities we needed. The pool and Mon Ami restaurant were great for everyone to relax in between our wedding events. Thank you again to the team and we would definitely recommend booking your stay here!

A good choice if you're on a business trip, besides the not very clean swimming pool, there's not much else in terms of recreation activities. I liked the furniture in the rooms but bathroom cleanliness fell a bit short The staff were excellent and very helpful but can't say the same about management. We witnessed the owner or manager ranting and cursing on the phone to someone about a job not properly done. Very unprofessional and disrespectful, you don't do that in full view of your paying clients, that's what your office is for. Location is near a mall so can do a bit of shopping or grab a coffee as there's not much else to do at the hotel.

The Vic Hotel was an excellent choice for our group. The breakfasts were great, the pool is refreshing, and the restaurant, Mon Ami, had everything we needed. The location in close proximity to a shopping mall was also helpful. Thank you to the team for taking great care of us!
