The room was spacious. The service was very good overally. We booked for a room with a lake view but unfortunately there was scaffolding put up the entire time and so it interfered with our view. We were told that it would be there just for a day but 5 days later ; it was still there with paint dripping on the window. I don’t think it offered value for money. Another review is that they claim that you’d buy one drink and get one free on the ladies’ night but they don’t indicate that it’s for specific drinks. The waiters don’t tell you this as well. It excludes beer and wine. This is quite misleading. It would be better to make it clear for the clients.

I had a wonderful stay at Acacia Premier Hotel Kisumu. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and professionalism. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The food was exceptional, and special recognition goes to **Chef Felix** for the delicious, well-prepared meals. The quality, presentation, and flavor of the dishes truly stood out and made dining a great experience. I would also like to commend Wycliff Odidi for his outstanding service. He was courteous, attentive, and very professional, always ensuring guests were comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, Acacia Premier Hotel Kisumu exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kisumu and look forward to returning. Sharon Oswago and Margaret Oduor were excellent true definition of outstanding customer care.

I had the pleasure of being served by Mathew, and he truly made my dining experience exceptional. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and professional. He anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive, and his warm personality made us feel genuinely welcome. Every recommendation he gave was spot-on, and he managed to balance efficiency with genuine care. It’s rare to find a server who elevates the entire meal, but Mathew did exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to be served by him again!

Martha’s services are just up to perfection. She was super nice, helpful and very respectful. She recommended me to try the butter chicken with rice and naan together with the blueberry milkshake. She also went ahead and invited me to the wednesday roses thing and i will have to be there. She really does deserve a 5 star

I had a wonderful dining experience thanks to Mathew, who went above and beyond in his service. He suggested I try the Coconut Fish, and it turned out to be an excellent recommendation. The dish was flavorful, perfectly prepared, and truly enjoyable. Mathew was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. His suggestion showed that he really understands what guests might enjoy, and I appreciated his confidence in guiding me toward something new. I left not only satisfied with the food but also impressed by the quality of service. Mathew’s professionalism and warm personality made the experience memorable. I would gladly return and look forward to his recommendations again!
