The chicken dry fry is unexpectedly delicious, and the meat is worth the wait if you call ahead an hour before arrival. This is the last food stop between Isiolo and Marsabit, so it's useful for road trippers. Skip the overnight stay โ rooms need serious upkeep.

This a budget hotel with good cottages. The customer care is poor and the locals are allowed to relax arroud the cottages as the take bear and chew khart. As a visitor you feel uncomfortable.
Ultra-luxury tented camp perched on the Great Rift Valley escarpment with Out of Africa views. At $1,850-2,750 per person per night, it's among Africa's most expensive โ and most beautiful โ safari properties.
