Very quiet and peaceful place to stay in Kisumu. The staff was very helpful and the room service was good. Beautiful room views and the place was clean and well maintained. No real complaints but some of the staff did seem to be learning their roles and were slightly over-anxious to get the dishes back from room service before I was finished with my meal. Not any serious problem as I just told them to wait until I was finished. I would recommend this location as a very quiet and peaceful place to stay with the exception of the roads being very rough in places up the hill and very slick in rain.
