    Very slow kitchen service, they need more experienced staff who are letting the facility down. The management need to market the place well, it is a gem that is being underutilized

    If you are out looking for a hidden gem. This is the place. Deep in the village, quiet, off the towns. We have had a very good experience from the time we checked in. For five days or so we've not had a thing to complain about. Great service from the entire team, starting with Venta at the reception desk and to the kitchen where Richard and Alex handled our delicacies. Not to forget Vivian who served us as well. Met with Patrick who was very passionate of the place within the few moments of interaction. Turaco or Turacoress? 😂😂. We'll see. We will be sure to come back some time. Maybe also to plant a tree as the rest had done. Thank you team Turaco. 🙌🏾❤️.

    Great service from the call center to the waiters at the restaurant. Food order placed via phone call and on arrival all was ready. The local chicken very authentic, great team work and excellent service. We shall definitely visit again soon🙏

    Superb experience. Absolutely idyllic location - quiet, verdant, comfortable and really well apportioned rooms. Exceptional staff too, starting with GM Patrick and a host of great staff, including Richard, Purity, Alex and many others. One note of caution if you are planning to stay here: don't challenge Alex to a table tennis match....he is a great player!😊
