  10/10 experience. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious, airy and the bed is super comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is just right. The rooftop restaurant is a delight. Excellent service by all the staff who are kind, approachable, and remember guests by name. Special mention to Lavender at the rooftop restauarant, Trevor and Francis at the reception, and the sales manager Susan. I absolutely loved my stay. Only recommendation is for slightly faster service at the restaurant. All in all, keep up the great work!

  This is a surprising gem. Great rooms, especially the bathroom, and strong wifi. The menu in the restaurant has hit or miss items so this brings down the service, though the staff are excellent. The Perch is a great spot for happy hour with wonderful views. Excellent coffee...

  I'VE JUST HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE BEING SEXUALIZED BY THE CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT, ACCORDING TO HIM MY OUTFIT WAS PORTRAYING THE PLACE NEGATIVELY,MIND YOU I'M IN GYMWEAR THAT I'M SURE IF MY SAME OUTFIT WAS WORN WITH A PETITE LADY HE WOULD NOT HAVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH,NOT ONLY HAVE I BEEN EMBARRASSED ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE BUT I WOULDN'T WISH IT ON SOMEONE ELSE, THE OFFICER ASSUMED I WAS A PROSTITUTE BASED OFF MY BODY,AND TO THINK I WAS ONLY PICKING UP MY FRIEND FROM THEIR ESTABLISHMENT.

  Rooms are okay. Staff is extremely uninterested and they let us wait for zo over 40 mins with check in without any explanation. We spent the night at the rooftop bar and service is very very slow and not friendly at all. Worst hotel in Kenya so far.
