Victor in housekeeping, Hillary and Hellen at dining, and Khalid at reception go above and beyond to make stays comfortable. Rooms are elegant and spotless, breakfast is fresh and efficient, and the conference facilities are spacious. The staff service is top-notch even if the roads leading to the hotel are a bit messy.
