One of the worst hotels to do a booking with them for an event. Food was delayed for over 2.5 hours and orders were mixed up and I didn't get the option I chose. They opted to give me a lower quality of food from what I had chosen. I wouldn't recommend.

The hotel declares to be pets friendly on Booking. After arriving from Nakuru, almost 4 hours drive, we were informed at reception, that pets are not allowed.

Nice place for conference facilities. Very nice big spaces for upto 100 pax+ with proper high ceilings for airation and temperature control. Really nice. Really nice gardens too for fun and games and team building activities. Friendly staff, nice place ✅✅✅✅

Nice people. Super nice grounds and landscaping. Good parking. Felt safe. Decent food. Good service. BUT, aggressively mediocre rooms that don't match the niceness of the rest of the facility.

Excellent grounds that are wonderfully green. The food and service is excellent. They have different fun activities for everyone from swimming to Trivia Night, a live band on Sundays and a monthly Afrohouse music show called Nyumba.
