What an absolutely stunning restaurant. The ambience is flawless — moody lighting, chic decor, the kind of vibe that screams “Instagram will love me.” The food I saw sailing past to other tables looked like edible art; clearly someone in the kitchen actually cares. It’s the kind of place you dream about discovering. Then the waitress arrived like a human countdown timer. She asked for my order once (fair enough), then immediately again like I’d perhaps forgotten English in the last 45 seconds. When I dared to say “just a couple more minutes, please,” she hit me with the classic: “How long is that going to take?” Delivered with all the warmth of a parking ticket. Nothing says “relax and enjoy your evening” quite like being passively aggressively timed while you’re still trying to read the menu. I was so enchanted by the hospitality that I decided the best way to fully appreciate the place... was to leave immediately without spending a single shilling. The décor and plating deserve every star. The service? Let’s just say it provided a valuable lesson in how quickly a beautiful space can feel like a pressure cooker. Maybe next time I’ll bring a stopwatch so we can all be on the same page. Would return for the aesthetics alone — assuming I can order telepathically.

Looking for a perfect reservation? this is the place to come. Their customer service is dope and not even to mention their food, everything is awesome and amazing. You can pre-order your food and have it when you get to the place. An iconic place in Eldoret town.

If you are looking for a dinner with a touch of class and elegance, then columbus Cafe Eldoret is a perfect pick. The cafe has a beautiful ambience, Arbia-asian interior classy decorations. Their food is awesome, especially the platter for two set up. The cafe allows you to book reservations for tables and your favourite spot. Very clean washrooms and accessible arround the CBD. Parking at times can be challenging though especially during the day.

Columbus cafe oozes elegance, it has one of the best outlooks if not the best. The environment inside is also great with a commendable job on the lighting and interior design. Their food is mostly tasty and sometimes finger licking, depending on your order of course. The ambience is really inviting but I may somewhat fault the service. For a five star restaurant, I really expect more! Everything in this restaurant oozes five star ⭐ except the service 💀
