This experience was not in my bingo cards..wow wow wow, I absolutely loved my stay here. The rooms are soo clean like extremely clean, I loved that. The bed was super comfy, I have never got such good deep sleep in such a long time. The curtains black out the lights. I stayed on the 4th floor and they have as if a lobby in the middle, you must walk to your room at night because there is something so beautiful about that walk to your room in the night. It was magical.I loved the little detail of the light on your room door number haha it had me just smiling and grinning. oh and the water pressure..10/10. That shower hits in all the right places..😃 then I actually love the smell of sandalwood and their shower gel smells sooo good. Guys, I rarely review but this is worth the share 100/10. The bonus part is its in a mall so all the shopping you need is down stairs.I was also informed that the rooms are sound proof ..hmm maybe that is what added to my amazing, peaceful rest. Oh another thing, their kitchen works 24hours, like how cool is that. We arrived and checked in late and were still able to have a delicious meal.. Then let me tell you , you get abit confused because the lobby is on 3rd floor to the hotel and then when you arrive, its like a whole new world..😄 I will definately go back there to rest well for a longer duration. If you want to rest and rest well please say less and check in there. For me , its as if I slept and left all my 2025 stress and the right boast I needed to start 2026 well rested...☺️ You guys at Eka hotel got me with the cleanliness, freshness of the rooms, hospitality.I am a happy customer.Guys if your thinking of going to Eldoret just go stay there and thank me later. It was worth every penny. It ticked all my boxes and gave me peace of mind that made me enjoy my stay .. for me the hotel was serendipity🥰🥰.

Im an all-time traveller. I had a wonderful stay at Eka Hotel Eldoret with my family, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The interior décor is beautifully done—modern, warm, and very welcoming. The rooms felt highly secure, which gave us great peace of mind as a family, and everything was well maintained and comfortable. For the quality of service, ambience, and overall experience, the hotel offers excellent value for money. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family or for business.

It's so refreshing to have a 5 star gem like this one in a very convenient place like Rupa's! It was easyyy to find, perfect ambience, good acoustic performance and variety of amazing menus to choose from! Collins was of great service to us and we had a very good evening 👌. Highly recommend 😌 Oh, you should definitely try the rooftop and their rooms!

We were so glad to have been upgraded to Business suites on our check-in. The rooms were exceptional and we felt truly special and valued. The location, like no other, inside a shopping mall meaning everything you need is downstairs.! The food, awesome especially the breakfast and since we have early mornings and have tried many hotels, Eka by far pack the best breakfast and they make every consideration while doing it. We appreciate.
