  Our room was ready around 12 which was amazing! They have luggage storage, it’s secure and Ubers were easy to call to the location. The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. We had lunch in the restaurant and it was delicious, exceeded our expectations, we recommend the nyama chama wrap . The staff were all kind and hospital and they can arrange airport transfers as well.

  My stay was fantastic. The rooms are clean and well organised.The staff are friendly welcoming mostly the ones in the reception they helped me alot.The food is delicious 😋 .The place is secured and l do recommend it to anyone who is looking for the best hotel in Nairobi. it's a verrrrrryy nice hotel l love it

  Checks all the right boxes. Located in a quiet lane in a tony layout. Away from the buzz and nouse of central Nairobi. Yet not quite far from the visit worthy areas. Welcoming n warm front office. Rooms well appointed. Silent ac. Great sleep quality even for a ear sensitive guy like me! Great hot water, cleanliness. Well done house keeping. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed for rising above n beyong his call of duty to extend our check out time by byba large margin. Made our stay even more relaxed and pleasurable. Thanks dude, you nailed it! Upper floors have better views! Areas of improvement: 1. Definitely need to pull up socks on f&b, which was quite lousy for the two dinners we had there! Breakfast spead was good. 2. If they can incorporate a swimming pool and a roof top restobar that would be a game changer.

  I want to start by saying this hotel was exceptional for our needs. I booked this hotel as a convenience factor for my partner and I, who I was meeting and staying with in Kenya, the facilities in the hotel were absolutely excellent for what we wanted, and we even stayed an extra day as well, so we could have as much fun in Nairobi as we could! We stayed in a deluxe room with a walk out balcony, so lush. Excellent views, and the room and bed was large, comfortable with an high quality shower and bath and compliments for our stay. The breakfast options were sublime, with a variety of hot food, cold foods, cakes, treats, other cooked options like omelettes and eggs, as well as dairy, juice drinks, coffee and tea options. Always plenty of choice, never be afraid to ask for something! The seating area was bright clean and modern and set a really welcoming and comfortable vibe. The staff across the board were brilliant, and special mention has to be made to the gentleman called Edwin. He was kind, accommodating, friendly, and also very understanding and helpful with the personal discussions we had about extending our stay for the benefit of both my partners comfort, and my own. He allowed for a deal to be made on cost which with the short notice, was very generous, so he deserves special mention and credit for this accommodation, thank you sir. Finally, the sense of security and ease of access and location as well was very reassuring, we never had any issues with locations for public transport/bolt/Ubers and we felt safe throughout, and who all were very friendly. Overall, I'm so glad to have chosen this hotel and will absolutely choose again and recommend to others. It allowed me and my partner to have as much pleasurable and fun time together as possible, and to really enjoy the 3 full days in Nairobi, with doing as much as we could, and had planned. Very, very happy. 10/10
