Honestly, what a beautiful find! My friend and I had completely forgotten to make reservations at the spa we originally planned to visit, so we were a little stranded. We quickly searched Google, found this highly rated spa, called them, and thankfully they had availability. And I’m SO glad we ended up here. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was incredibly relaxing and everything felt beautifully done. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and our masseuses, Brenda and Henrietta, were absolutely phenomenal. We tried the Oriki Classic, a full 135-minute treatment that included a 15-minute steam bath, followed by a deep tissue hot stone massage with some serious stretching, and finished with a facial. It was exactly what my body needed. I had so many knots in my back, and by the end of the massage, they were completely gone. I actually nodded off during the treatment because I was THAT relaxed 😂. The entire experience was so relaxing, restorative, and beautifully executed. You can tell the team genuinely cares about creating a great experience, and Brenda and Henrietta were simply exceptional. 10/10, no notes. Completely worth it and highly recommended if you’re looking for a proper spa day in Nairobi. We went in as a last-minute backup and left wondering why we hadn’t discovered this place sooner!

    ### Review Had a really fine massage session at Oriki Kenya. From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out. The ladies at the counter were warm, welcoming, and very professional. They made the whole experience feel comfortable from the start. My massage therapist was excellent as well; attentive, skilled, and really knew what she was doing. Overall, a great experience and definitely one I’d recommend.

Rejuvenating and truly luxurious experience I recently visited Oriki Spa, and it was exactly the escape I needed. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was calm, serene, and beautifully prepared—it immediately set the tone for relaxation . My therapist was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The treatment itself was deeply relaxing and left me feeling refreshed and pampered from head to toe . It’s clear the staff here are skilled and truly care about providing an intentional, high-quality experience. If you're looking for a top-notch spa for self-care in Nairobi, I highly recommend Oriki. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve had massages before, but this 90-minute session at Oriki Spa with Mable was on another level. My body went in feeling completely fatigued, and I walked out feeling like I’d been given a brand-new one. Mable’s technique, attention to detail, and the way she knew exactly where my body needed the most care were exceptional. If you’re looking for a massage that leaves you feeling genuinely restored, I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
