About

Airy, warmly decorated rooms in a laid-back hotel offering 2 restaurants, an outdoor pool & a gym.

The food is surprisingly good and the grounds work well for family gatherings and birthday celebrations. Located near Kasarani Stadium, it's a practical choice with a pool and gym — ask for one of the updated rooms.

Photos shown on their website are far from reality! This hotel is now ran down & poorly kept. Rooms are dated and hallways & outdoor pathways are poorly lit with some having no lights at all. Beddings and towels are off white to mild yellowish colour. Showers are DIRTY! I made a reservation 3 days out and they didn’t bother to prepare my room. First two rooms I was offered were disgusting and could NOT stay. Finally I was shown a nicer room but had to pay more money to upgrade (was not worth the money but I was tired having arrived midnight). If travelling with kids, beware that the playground they show online is only open on Saturday & Sundays. Airport pick up is through a third party which you don’t know what you will get. Overall, I do not recommend staying sportsview hotel if you like 3 or 4 star hotels.
