    One of the best gyms in Nairobi kassarani area, fully equipped, lots of weights and ambient space. The trainers are friendly, and have mastered various training styles including boxing, CrossFit, calisthenics and bodybuilding. If you intend to lose weight, adusfit club is where to go. Come and meet Adis the gains master.
