  I recently stayed at the Sheraton Regency and had a pleasant experience. The rooms are in very good condition — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service throughout the hotel is also very good, and the management is genuinely supportive and helpful with any requests. The hotel offers breakfast only, but there is no lunch or dinner buffet. However, you can easily order food anytime and enjoy it in your room, which is very convenient. One of the highlights is the swimming pool area. There are pools for both kids and adults, making it a great place for families. The staff members are friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, Sheraton Regency is a comfortable and friendly place to stay with good service and great facilities.

  This Place Used To Be Our Go To Place For Short And Budget Stays, It's Definitely Seen Better Days. Rooms Could Use Some Maintenance.

  Disappointing Stay, Could Be Better I recently stayed here with my family for 5 nights, and while there were a few positives, our overall experience left much to be desired. The rooms were decent, with good air conditioning and easy access to a balcony, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was also acceptable, though nothing extraordinary. The male staff were friendly and approachable, which was appreciated. However, there were several major drawbacks that really affected our stay. One, they don't provide basic amenities like shampoo or lotion, which was a bit surprising for a hotel of this level. The noise from the club on the ground floor was unbearable at night. The loud music kept us awake, which completely ruined the experience. Another frustrating issue was with my cousin’s shower/loo, It took an unreasonably long time for them to address the problem, and they didn’t even offer an alternative room until much later. Additionally, the hotel claimed to be cleaning rooms daily, but when we checked, the water sink still had stains from previous days. It felt like they weren’t really paying attention to cleanliness. Overall, this hotel has potential, but the noise, poor service response, and lack of attention to cleanliness made it a less than ideal stay. I would not recommend it for a peaceful family vacation.
