    Agnes the manager and Kendrick were absolute angels during our stay! We had a difficult situation with a dishonest travel agent, and they stepped in with such kindness, professionalism, and care. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel safe and supported in a foreign country. Agnes especially has a heart of gold — even after we had left, she continued to help us without hesitation. People like her are rare; she is truly a blessing. Both Agnes and Kendrick made what could’ve been a stressful experience into something heartwarming. May God richly bless you both for your compassion and generosity!

    Hotel in a good location. Needs a little renovation. Very spacious rooms. Service by the staff Fatma and Cynthia top notch. Water issues were sorted immediately and kettle for hot water was brought. Restuarant needs improvement. Noise from renovation was not bad.

    I loved the ocean view in front of my room that was why I actually booked there coz am all about views and scenes. The room was clean with a coffee station/fridge and functioning AC. The mattress seems a little thin so we added some pillows from the cupboard for better comfort .I was impressed they played music at the pool bar but at really low volume which is thoughtful.The breafast was assorted and very yummy.

    A great hotel in the heart of Mombasa. Great views. Rains a lot. Unfortunately you can’t dive into the water as it is salty. One thing that I didn’t find okay was that there is no fresh water from the hotel rooms tapes, its salty and cant drink it. Thats strange for a hotel, we would expect fresh drinkable water at least for use when brushing your teeth or taking shower. However place is a nice getaway place to stay and enjoy yourself

    My stay at CityBlue was such a lovely experience! The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking, peaceful and refreshing, especially in the morning and at sunset. The place has a charming antique look with beautiful art pieces that give it character and warmth. I also loved the serene spot with the koi fish, which adds such a calm, elegant touch. The service was great, with friendly and attentive staff, and even the guard at the gate was incredibly helpful and welcoming, something you don’t find everywhere. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of comfort, creativity, and coastal beauty. I’d definitely visit again! Here’s a tip, always ask for the rooms with a view.
