  Loved every bit of my stay here. Spent 5 nights and the best part was the hearty breakfasts every morning. Staff is friendly, loved the swimming pool and the ambience overall. The fact that their beach is private is also lovely

  Lovely hotel, needs a fresh coat of paint. Great views of old town. Staff was attentive. Shame about the breakfast, loads of choice but standard of cooking is very low. The four restaurants onsite are v expensive. We just ubered and ate out. Good food good value for money outside. We stayed for 5 days but the broken glass in the restaurant wasn't repaired! Looked tacky. Rooms were lovely and clean. Wifi is not good throughout.

  We celebrated new year here. The fireworks were great and we had a great view. The organisation was a disaster. The staff tried and were friendly and helpful but the circumstances they were working in were too difficult. The real fault lays with the planers of this event. Short staffed, 2 computer points where all the waiters had to give their orders. This was a constant bottleneck. was an option of buffet or a la carte. The buffet was at an extortionate price of 14000 per person. From what I saw, virtually no one choose the buffet. The card paying machines did not work. Lesson learnt I won't be back for an event again.

  Very beautiful but poorly managed. Staff need more professionalism. We waited from 11am to 4pm to get a family room. A little more on maintenance, staff training and better management would go a long way to improve the overall experience. Hotel is beautiful but very poor service, personal rating is a 5/10.

  Excellent hotel. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The dinner buffet was not good. All the meat and fish was over cooked and sides were old. We recommend eating at the multiple restaurants as that food was diverse and very good. The pool was the best feature. The views were amazing from the beach The beach was crowded and the water was full of seaweed and sediment (not clear). The rooms were beautiful but the refrigerator did not work. They knew it didn't work but claimed they fixed it. All our food spoiled.
