  It was such a beautiful experience (my second time here). The staff were very welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the ambience was 💯. I really loved it. I stayed for four nights(9th December to 12th) with my husband, and I truly appreciated how adult-friendly the environment was—quiet and relaxing—which is exactly what drew me back. Kindly maintain this standard. I would also like to make special mention of Stephen, who served us exceptionally well. He was very professional, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The only downside was during dinner on the 10th December the chef on duty serving steak was quite rude and appeared discriminatory. Unlike the others, he seemed reluctant to serve me despite my waiting, instead reaching out to serve other guests while repeatedly staring at me with a gloomy expression. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but I kindly request that this be addressed. Update The hotel management reached out promptly and resolved the issue professionally. I appreciate their response and customer care service

  It was my first time visiting Mombasa, and I searched everywhere for a good place to stay. I checked TripAdvisor and Google, and this lodge had great reviews, so I booked it at the last minute. Guess what? Everything I read was absolutely true. The environment is clean, the food is excellent, and the staff—from the reception team to the gardeners—are incredibly welcoming. Everyone is ready to help with a smile. I stayed for two days, and I know I’ll remember it for a long time. Nice rooms, great food, a clean swimming pool, and a beautifully green compound filled with palm trees. And most importantly, it has a beachfront—just a short walk and you can dive straight into the ocean. Thank you to everyone working there for making my stay truly wonderful.

  Really enjoyed my stay here. Service was excellent. The staff were warm, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and the team went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

  From the reception you could already tell the ambience of the place was going to be amazing. Its so calming and quiet compared to the city noise. Its a walking distance to the beach and you can catch the sunrise if you are a morning person. The service was great you had people who could only want to make your stay better. The buffet had different variety that got me confused everyday 😊😊😊. Thanks to the head chef I think her name was Chef Eva she ensured we never got bored in trying different foods for the time we were there.

  I really enjoyed my stay here. Well kept gardens and pool area leading straight down to the beach. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Enjoyed the food both at breakfast and evening meal and reasonable prices as well. My room was clean and comfortable and slept well.
