  I cannot fault this hotel at all . Staff ,security , room cleaness everything 5Star ,highly recommended place to stay . Just 20mins from the airport located on Moi Ave right in the middle of mombasa .

  Worse treatment ever. I wasn't welcome well at all since I'm from Kenya,they said I didn't book the room n told me to look for somewhere else to sleep until I gave my partner who is from abroad the phone and after talking to him they changed and became polite. Bad manners.how can you treat your fellow Kenyan badly and treat a foreigner better. Sad 😔. I'll never ever recommend it nor set my foot there

  Amazing place ! Great pool and rooms. But the food and menu requires improvement with quality of cooking and the wine can be served stale or old. Chef and Bar need a boost. This does not stop me returning. Great hotel and lovely staff.

  Had a pleasant stay at Sentrim Castle Royal. The hotel has a classic charm and is conveniently located in the heart of Mombasa, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and professional, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant also serves great meals, and the breakfast options were impressive. A great choice for both business and leisure stays in Mombasa.

  Overall a nice stay, which we would recommend. A highlight was the building itself, which is nearly 100 years old. Staff were very friendly, and the pasta in the restaurant was good. Conveniently located near the old town. We really liked the feel and decor of the rooms, but some details could be improved. For the instance our shower glass doesn’t touch the floor, so water got everywhere. The bathroom could have done with a deep clean - eg bleaching the classic mould surrounding the sink drain. There were several mosquitoes in our room, which left us wondering if not all openings to the outside had mosquito nets (but unconfirmed). And finally, a lot of light and sound in the room in the morning - not everyone is sensitive to these, but at least a warning would have been helpful as it would have allowed me to prepare with an eye mask and ear plugs, which I don’t usually need.
