    Talk about cleanliness, a good view of the lake, impeccable food and service, working showers and lovely modern rooms. Need to improve more on the noise reduction at night on one section of the hotel. Safe to say our stay was majestic.

    Room-3/5 very clean but tiny for the rates Breakfast 2/5 no varieties. Services -0/5 Very discriminative especially from the staff through their manager who gives instructions on how a client is to be treated.Being a repeat customer my stay was disappointing. Do not respond with your generic responses DO BETTER

    The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The rooms are good but the standard one was a bit tiny and not good value for the price charged. It's located in down town and is quiet. It's a place I can patronize again.

    Lovely hotel in the heart of Kisumu. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean, making it a great choice for those wanting to experience the beauty of the lakeside city at a good cost(value for money). Staff, from the security at the entrance, are attentive, welcoming and very helpful, which made the stay easy. The rooftop bar has a stunning view of the lake. The food options were great and freshly prepared, although breakfast was quite limiting. Overall, it is a solid accommodation choice.

    For the price of a standard room, it's quite small and squeezed, with no kettle for some tea. Breakfast menu is limited. No variety. Great rooftop bar though, for the football lovers. Great location also, for business travellers.
